- Deliver dance/movement courses, fostering a passion for fitness and artistry.

- Continuing to develop pedagogy that benefits student learning
- Ensuring effective delivery of curriculum and contributing to curriculum development
- Providing effective feedback using common assessments that help to shape the next learning experience
- Developing and promoting positive interactions among our diverse student body
- Maintain effective communication with students families.
- Assist in textbook/resource review and curriculum development.
- Actively participate in subject area meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
- Fostering a sense of identity and pride in the school among students, parents, and colleagues
