Milk Run Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing Driver teams 
2. Control window time to ensure  there are no delivery delays 
3. Ensuring Milk Run is in good condition
4. Ensuring safety for drivers is maintained in accordance with SOPs
5. Monitor Milk Run's arrival  from suppliers 
6. Ensuring Driver reports
7. Make sure and check the Runsheet is picked in Milk Run
8. Ensuring Runsheet Returns to suppliers
9. Coordinating with suppliers and customers
10. Monitor the stock of Empty Rack and Empty Box to be returned to the Supplier

Qualifications:

1. Min 2 year related work experiences
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, all Majors
3. Understand about warehousing
4. Fluent in English is a MUST, while fluent in Mandarin is a PLUS
5. Able to work under pressure and have strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and the ability to complete work independently
6. Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat
