Mill Manager

1. Planning of Mill under your purview.
2. Ensure consistent and effective operations based on established SOPs.
3. To program & implement all Maintenance Schedules based on Budget and actual requirements.
4. Carry out routine checks on Laboratory in terms of reliability & accuracy of results based on the Process Control Manual.
5. Compliance of all Administrative Procedures based on Finance Circulars.
6. Preparation of the mill budget, to ascertain that expenditure incurred are within the budget limit, report cost variance and initiate corrective actions to minimize such variance.
7. Review performance of all Staff on a regular basis and ensure all shortcomings are followed up.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 2 years of experience at the same position and experience in the palm oil industry is mandatory.
2. Must have the experience in the management of a palm oil mill of capacity 60 tons FFB per hour.
3. Good administration skills and have computer literacy especially in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
4. Have adequate interpersonal skills, with good communication ability and capability to manage under pressure.
5. Highly motivated with a creative mind and a strong drive to succeed.
6. Customer & Service oriented person with passion and desire towards excellence.
7. Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work within agreed targets and timelines
