One of our client in Big Direct-Selling Industry in Indonesia looking for a National Sales Manager that will be responsible for
Leading & Managing Regional Sales section with a sound Planning, Organizing, Managing and Controlling the activities and staff, by:
- Providing leadership to the Regional Sales team and oversee all field activities, deployment of resources and staff development
- Leading and coaching Regional Sales team for effective and professional work ethics and strong team work
- Building strong partnerships with Distributors, particularly Diamond above and ADAC
- Developing Strategic Planning and AOP, guiding in achieving goals – APR, New & Re-Qualification
- Delivering results based on goals and success metrics within the budget
- Focusing on improving Distributor profitability
- Ensuring all field activities; Strategic Account Management, Field Intelligence and Higher Award Tracking/Rules of Conduct are well executed, serving the intended purposes
- Monitoring and taking proactive solutions for a conducive environment for all Distributors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or any relevant field
- 5 years leading and motivating a team in a managerial capacity
- Experience in Marketing area will be an advantage
- Experience in distribution network management will be an advantage
- Strong in service orientation as well as relationship building
- Excellent social skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organization
- Well organized, detailed, creative and able to work effectively and efficiently even under pressure
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to ensure a strong, effective team
- A positive attitude and a high level of maturity is a key success factor for this position
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, giving counseling and negotiation skills
