Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- To develop the strategy to grow share of wallet for targeted accounts
- To develop application expertise for direct selling to key stakeholders and influencers
- To build and sustain relationships up to and including key C-level executives for key customers
- To develop robust sales strategies by segment via in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- To build effective sales team, providing guidance and coaching to improve sales team's effectiveness and productivity
The successful candidate has hands on experience supporting expansion plans and business transformation, with at least 15 years of related experience in enterprise sales and/or business development. Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking are key qualities of the successful candidate.

- Key account sales planning and sales engagement skills
- Major account selling experience
- Strong presentation and influencing skill
- Effective communication skill, both written and verbal
