Bentuk pekerjaan- Coordinating the nursing division in Hospital Units under the group, and their coordination with related other health professionals for optimal patient care
- Develop training and education program for nurses, to ensure compliance with credential standards
- Developing a standard of care that adheres to the law and must be followed by all nursing staff
- Implementing and tracking infection control programs designed to provide a clean environment within the medical facility
- Monitoring accounting, finances and expenses of nursing division in Hospital Units
- Participating in management team conferences to discuss the status of nursing staff and patients
- Working with health staff members and other stakeholders to improve the quality of care provided to patients
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Director of Nursing or Group Nursing Manager
- Preferably coming from hospital groups
- Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
- Strong understanding in quality and hospital accreditation is preferred
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Minimum bachelor's and professional degree in Nursing (S.Kep, Ns.)
