- Provide full secretarial and general administration support to the project companies and Indonesia office to ensure smooth running of the operation.
- Manage meeting arrangement including meeting set up, material preparation, minutes of meeting preparation.
- Maintain document control for recording and tracking all documents for the project companies and Indonesia office.
- Provide support in processing translation for office and project documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air ticket, accommodation, car rental, visa arrangement, claims, etc.
- Assists Project Director and project team in ad-ad project tasks as required.
- Support Indonesia office in daily office administration roles, including but not limited to, office expense management, office filing system, travel diary recording, admin service contract preparation and invoice verification.
- Support Indonesia office in HR tasks as assigned.
- Performs ad hoc tasks for executives as required.
