Officer - Operation Fit Out

• Ensuring all activities in the Operations Department run according to the established standards.
• Controlling every fit out work of the rental unit from the beginning to the opening of each other unit.
• Control the overall facility process, and the improvement process for both building facilities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Have a good communication and project management skills.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Vray for renderings, or similar).
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Fluent in English.
