- Maximum 27 Years old
- Minimal S1, preferably majoring in Accounting or Taxation
- Having experience as HR Payroll Minimal 1 year
- Familiar with PPH 21
- Knowing the calculation of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Good knowledge of labor legislation especially regarding compensation
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Excel) pivot table, vlookup, hlookup and more
- Integrated and able to work as a team and individually.
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Have high accuracy and detail.
- Time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Job Descriptions
- Controlling attendance data for Employees, Teachers, Outsourcing, and Interns
- Administering the completeness of teacher attendance files and outsourcing
- Controlling Teacher's 3-month assessment
- Calculate salary and benefits
- Uploading teacher salary to the YPI staffing system
- Carry out calculations and administrate Internship salaries, Communication allowances, Overtime Outsourcing and Vehicle Maintenance
- Distributing teacher salary slips
- Distributing SPT PPh 21 employees and teachers
- Help disseminate regulations regarding compensation and benefits to Employees, Teachers and Outsourcing
- Help explain to Employees, Teachers and Outsourcing if there are questions regarding payroll.
- Assist the Head of HR to create and prepare HR reports.
