Officer Planner Mill

Job Description:

1. Calculate and prepare spare parts requirements in accordance with operational demands.
2. Ensure spare parts are consistently available.
3. Develop Preventive Workshop plans and Repair Plans, ensuring timely execution of planned and unplanned (Urgent) tasks that could potentially hinder operations.
4. Monitor and ensure the smooth input process of Material Request Forms (MRF) into the EAM System until the issuance of IPR numbers and processing.
5. Coordinate with procurement for job estimates and the realization of spare part deliveries in alignment with orders.
6. Collaborate with the Warehouse for spare part unit shipments, providing and attaching damage tagging to the spare parts to be sent.
7. Create both softcopy and hardcopy documentation for spare part shipments to External Repair.
8. Attend and schedule meetings as needed.
9. Ensure all activities are completed on time according to the plan.

Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with MRP systems and planning tools.
2. Understanding of process and workshop requirement specifications.
3. Knowledge of Bill of Materials.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
6. Minimum DIII Engineering education, preferably in S1 Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Administration
