Job Description:
- Calculate and prepare spare parts requirements in accordance with operational demands.
- Ensure spare parts are consistently available.
- Develop Preventive Workshop plans and Repair Plans, ensuring timely execution of planned and unplanned (Urgent) tasks that could potentially hinder operations.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth input process of Material Request Forms (MRF) into the EAM System until the issuance of IPR numbers and processing.
- Coordinate with procurement for job estimates and the realization of spare part deliveries in alignment with orders.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse for spare part unit shipments, providing and attaching damage tagging to the spare parts to be sent.
- Create both softcopy and hardcopy documentation for spare part shipments to External Repair.
- Attend and schedule meetings as needed.
- Ensure all activities are completed on time according to the plan.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with MRP systems and planning tools.
- Understanding of process and workshop requirement specifications.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Minimum DIII Engineering education, preferably in S1 Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Administration
