Alamat- Coordinate all instrument supervisor and technician work
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and implement maintenance program (daily, monthly, annually), check equipment during turn around maintenance, and coordinate PM, CM, BM and SDM activities based on maintenance planning, to ensure activities run in accordance with the prevailing terms and procedure
- Coordinate Setting up technician work scheduling, conduct supervising at order and control immediately, to prevent equipment damage and receive a good maintenance quality
- Review maintenance equipment report and all maintenance rotary & static equipment activities, to give information to superior
- Coordinate and supervise work by contractor in accordance with the prevailing terms and
- procedure, to support contractor work activities smoothness
- Carry out and implement occupational safety, health, house keeping and security activities for creating safe and secure workplace according to the Safety and Health, Environment and Quality Management Systems
- Performs Root Cause Failure Analysis on Rotating Equipment and static equipment
- Minimum bachelor degree in Electronic/ Physics Engineering
- Experience in working for maintenance organization in petrochemical or refinery plant
- Minimum 7 years experience in Instrumentation Maintenance
- Familiar SAP PM module software
- English fluently, good communication skill and good leadership
- Understand equipment related to control system (DCS, PLC, Safety PLC, Controllers)
- Understand equipment related to oxygen analyzer, gas chromatograph, as well as field instrumentations (pressure, temperature, level, flow)
