Online Admin cum Customer Service

Job Duties, but not limited to

1. In-charge online Shops orders, warranty claims, and enquiry from customers which includes but not limited to keying orders to system and coordinate with warehouses if problems arouse
2. Listings products to the market places
3. Coordinate with influencers for promotion ads
4. Willingness for adhoc duties
5. Support offline Jakarta team

Requirements

1. Maximum age 32

2. Minimum SMA/SMK

3. Soft spoken natures and patient

4. Have standard logic thinking 

5. Able to speak mandarin is plus, in order to deal with customers

6. Organize personality as might dealing with Account team

7. Able to do Photoshop or Video editing is a plus point

Workplace / Salary

1. Mix of work from home and work from office
