Operation Director

Job description:

1. Through the judgment of the market, design an effective marketing plan and implement it. Responsible for acquiring new users in BNPL scenarios to achieve business growth.
2. Managing the local team, promoting the development of the group's business and complete the KPI issued by the company every month.
3. Cooperating with Risk Team and Product Team to optimize BNPL products.

Job requirements:

1. With more than 10 years of operation or marketing experience, experience in financial products is preferred. Team management experience is preferred.
2. Fluent in Mandarin communication is preferred.
3. Have strong communication and logical analysis ability.
