Operations Project Manage

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in any studies, preferably in a technical or management discipline
2. At Least 3 years experience in retail operations/industrial role/Beauty Industry
3. At least 2 years experience directly managing projects
4. Competent in the use of Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Zoom, and Teams
5. Familiarty with ERP/MRP
6. Required language(s): Fluent in English

Job Descriptions

1. Work with the Operations Team to establish project which support the growth of our business
2. Transfer ideas to action points and establish project palns, tasks. Resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met
3. Coordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects
4. Proactively work to remove project obstcles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
5. Following up and ensure short – midterm plan can be deliverd
6. Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope, schedule, quality risk, project status CEO
