Outsource IT (24x7)

Job Description: 

1. Ensure the environmental and safety standard are consistently met by follow the critical facilities DC Policies and Procedures
2. Take ownership for the operation and maintenance of UPS, electrical distribution, control and environment monitoring system of the DC
3. Daily inspection, monitoring and maintain the facilities equipment of server room through physically visit or system monitoring (power/cooling, rack planning, cabling, fire-fighting, piping, etc.), and complete the check list
4. Operation support 24x7 error monitoring, performance monitoring and corrective action for IT infrastructure equipment.
5. Maintain DC/DRC equipment and physical security system documentation, including the inventory and equipment movement and data back-up management to maintain performance capacities. 
6. Meet and collaborate with DC/DRC vendors for regular maintenance to ensure the equipment performed effectively, or for the improvements of DC/DRC processes and tools.
7. Identified recurring issues and escalate appropriately for permanent resolution. 
8. Coordinate with Operation unit to assist the physical installations to support the business of the Bank
9. Update all relevant and required documentations that are correlated with DC/DRC. 
10. Understands, complies with and monitors the activities of the applicable laws and regulations regarding DC/DRC infrastructure. 
11. Maintain log report of IT Activity in incident report log related to DC facilities. 

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in Data Center-Facility 
2. Hold minimum D3 or above in Mechanical and Electrical integration, or computer related major
3. Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
4. Willing to work shifts (24x7) on weekdays/weekends/big holidays/national holidays
5. Honest, communicative, able to work in a team, fast response, and willingness to learn.
6. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
