JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Learning Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Program Design: Create and oversee the design of training programs, workshops, and learning resources to address identified needs.
- Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create, curate, and update training content and materials.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and online learning experiences for employees, ensuring engagement and effectiveness.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Continuously assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for improvement.
- Learning Technologies: Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external training providers and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
REQUIREMENT & SKILL:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, Organizational Development, or a related field with proven experience in learning and development, talent development, sales trainer or a related role.
- Have a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Capability or People Development or Learning & Development supervisor or similar role.
- Good in English
- Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies.
- Have Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools would be a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing training needs.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques to drive successful adoption of process improvements.
- Understanding of operational metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Having a Driving License (SIM A) will be an advantage.
