Personal Assistant

Requirements :
1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Communication/Marketing/Management
2. Able to Drive a Car safely and have a Valid driving license (SIM A) 
3. Fresh Graduate or 1+ Years Experience in Creative/Marketing Agency
4. Strong time management, prioritization, and project management skill
5. Highly Organized especially in Scheduling and Planning
6. Based in Bandung but willing to travel to other city
7. Highly professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Indonesia). 
8. Ability to communicate and build partnerships with all levels of management.
9. Detail oriented and proactive; anticipates challenges and response appropriately.
10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
11. Have a basic Skills of Photography, Videography, and Editing.
12. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
13. Willingness to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.

What will you do?
Managing daily schedule including appointment, meetings, content taking, posting schedule, events, etc, and also coordinate with meeting/counter part person to schedule a meeting or calls. Assist to capture moments, and provide a simple editing (if needed) to maintain consistency in her social media. Act as a Liaison between influencer and client, and maintain relationship between them on behalf of the her or RAW creative house. Organize physical and digital files that related to work or personal. Arrange travel plans and accommodation if necessary.  Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met, keep track of ongoing project and followup on action items. Maintain clear & effective communication with teams and stakeholders, and also update if there’s changes of schedule regarding her activities.
