As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a smart, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management team and help us effectively manage the diverse aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings for the management team.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.

Project Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives within the hospitality business.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Financial Assistance:
- Support the management team in managing financial documents and records.
- Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Travel and Logistics:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the management team, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related documents are organized and readily available.

General Support:
- Act as a point of contact between the management team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Basic proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
