Responsibility:
- Perform rotating & static equipment calculations;
- Perform P&ID, plot plan, isometric, and fabrication drawing;
- Conduct project scheduling, project budget, and project monitoring;
- Perform Installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and supervision of a technical lead;
- Support a multidisciplinary team on mechanical rotating & static equipment matters across the entire lifecycle;
- Develop best practice working procedures to support mechanical developments;
- Responsible for specifications and data sheets, detailed engineering documents including the preparation of the design basis document, bill of quantities, shop drawing, nozzle elevation drawings, and design calculations;
- Inputs & review of cable routing, control room layouts, loop diagrams, and terminations diagrams;
- Responsible for Material Take Off (MTO) activities, identifying irregularities and shortfalls, and taking corrective action when required;
- Perform Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and Rotating equipment to analyze the problem.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project industrial EPCIC or Plant;
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering in a reputable university;
- Responsible for engineering calculation, installation, testing, and commissioning in the field of mechanical rotating and static equipment (piping, pressure vessel, and storage tank);
- Understanding of inspection test and commissioning for mechanical equipment;
- Understanding of engineering, fabrication, quality, and project management;
- Able to operate AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Ms. Project, Ms. Office, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA);
- Familiar with code and standard ASME, API, AWS & ISO for mechanical static & rotating equipment;
- Familiar with vibration analysis for rotating equipment;
- Familiar with DT & NDT Testing for fabrication material test;
- Willing to work at our Gas Plant in Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
