Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle activities in procurement operations.
• Sourcing for material & services according to project’s requirement
• Make and collect all the information about the material
• Negotiation with supplier
• Create Purchase Order and Contract
• Maintain suppliers for reliable business partner

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, and other related backgrounds.
• At least 2 years of experiences from procurement and/or administration field in interior-contractor industry or architectural firm
• Fast learner, innovative, and work smart
• Able to handle high workload, multitasking, can work under pressure, hands on and possess good detail and organizational skill
• Willing to be located in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
