Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices.
Responsibilities:
Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Develop procurement strategies and policies to streamline processes and achieve cost savings.
Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including renewals and terminations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct cost analysis, financial assessments, and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
