Job Description

1. Gain a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas

2. Working closely with designers, engineers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product release from the beginning to the end

3. Determines user's needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information

4. Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, support and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment

5. Create PRD with focus on filling what stakeholders to communicate and key source of insight

6. Reports to mentor and ensures that squad leader is in the loop for feature development

Requirement

1. Minimum Fresh graduate/ final-year students from top universities
2. Committed to follow an internship for 3 months
3. Basic understanding of business canvas model: idea validation, design thinking, business model
4. A desire to learn in a fast-paced results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
