Production Line Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Arrange daily tasks related to operations, including material request, daily production target, and employee overtime to reach production target.
2. Set production cones planning to ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be achieved.
3. Supervise the collection and distribution of materials to work units, and ensure that the materials used in production are in accordance with the production plan from PPIC.
4. Ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are well implemented throughout the Production Unit organization.
5. Evaluate product quality results and coordinate with the QA team to take quality improvement actions.
6. Ensure the data which is inputted into the company system (INFOR & HRIS) is accurate and according to the specified schedule, including material usage, production output, production waste and actual working hours for each Work Order and Job Order carried out.
7. Create weekly and monthly reports.
