Sambaki Tambang Sentosa is a national private company engaged in the mining sector, specifically nickel ore mining, based on the Decree of the Regent of East Halmahera. The operation covers an area of 4,480 hectares located in Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager located in Halmahera, North Maluku Province. The Production and Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production process of nickel ore mining and ensuring that the quality standards are met. They will also be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production and Quality Manager in the mining nickel industry and also KTT
• Knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards
• Experience in project management and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Master's degree in mining engineering or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
