Production Planning & Inventory Control (Ppic) Manager

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide the finished goods by develop and maintain production schedules to ensure a streamlined manufacturing process to fulfill demand from sales department
2. Ensuring adequate levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Optimize inventory level and working capital while supporting targeted customer service levels
3. Coordinate and responsible for implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) in PPIC department
4. Coordinate and implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) using ERP System
5. Generate production orders and purchase orders from MRP
6. Manage the demand management project in collaboration with sales and marketing division and demand planner 
7. Utilize the updated rolling forecast to anticipate stock availability 
8. Calculate annual budget for raw material & packaging material based on forecast estimation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree from industrial engineering/ Pharmacy/ Management
2. Min. 2 years experience as PPIC Manager
3. Experienced in the production of planning and Inventory Control field dairy/ consumer goods/ pharmaceutical company
4. Have a good understanding of the supply chain end to end process
5. Familiar with ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Exact, etc
6. Have advanced skill in MS Excell
7. Fluent in English 
8. Having a certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSC)) is an advantage
9. Have a good leadership, Interpersonal skill, Good problem solving & decision Making
