Project Architect

Requirements :

1. Candidates must possess a Bachelor degree in Interior Design / Architecture design
2. Min. 2 years of experience 
3. A passion for design and visionary flair.
4. Well-groomed, have a good taste, detail oriented, Creative, efficient, modern in thinking, highly disciplined, organized, and hard working
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
7. Experienced in Designing Houses is preferred
8. Broad knowledge of materials, suppliers, and alternatives
9. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D render or illustration software such as Enscape or 3Dmax, etc

Responsibilities :

1. Develop architectural designs based on project needs and company brand.
2. Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, materials and work methods.
3. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project execution following the design.
4. Ensure that all plans and designs comply with applicable building regulations and codes.
5. Coordinating the design process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
6. Ability to multi-task amongst projects, plus strong problem - solving capabilities.
7. Willing to be placed at Gading Serpong
