Project Coordinator

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

- Previous work experience as a Project Coordinator in an Architecture or Interior related work industry is highly required.

- Is experienced in project management, from conception to delivery.

- Must be good at multitasking and has great time management.

- Is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Has strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project management, resources, equipment, and information.

- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

- Assist, collaborate and work closely with inter-department teams (project managers, drafters, etc.).

- Prepare tender, construction, as-built, and shop drawings for interior design drawings.

- Manage multiple projects at one time.

- Keep track of a project's progress and ensure its completion before the deadline.
