Job Descriptions:
You will mainly be in charge of the interior fit-out works of tenant facilities (offices and commercial stores)
Requirements:
Academic
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent from reputable university
Experience:
- 4+ years of working experience in related field (Interior Contractor, General Contractor, Construction Management and Consultant, Building Management, etc.)
- Experience in managing Fit-Out work in (preferably grade A) office buildings
- Experience with handling clients, and/or managing design and/or supervising construction
Skills:
- Proficient in English (Oral and Written), Japanese is a plus
- Proficient to use Ms Office, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Coreldraw/Photoshop
- Able to read design and construction drawings, make cost calculations, make a work schedule, etc.
- Have basic knowledge of interior, especially MEP of buildings

- able to work in a team, and willing to learn.
- Having good teamwork ability and leading team staff
start with 12-month-contract followed by extension / become permanent / termination according to the evaluation.
