Role Summary:

 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Associate Director to lead the marketing team, with a primary focus on enhancing our branding strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Brand Strategy and Development:

 

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and sets us apart in the real estate industry
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and market analysis
  3. Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across all marketing materials


B. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

 

  1. Create and oversee the marketing strategy, encompassing digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, PR, and more
  2. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competition to identify opportunities and threats
  3. Drive the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and initiatives to enhance property sales and brand recognition
  4. Traditional Marketing: Manage traditional marketing efforts, such as print media, events, and direct mail campaigns, to effectively reach the target demographic
  5. Digital Marketing: Drive online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to reach a broader audience and generate leads
  6. Coordinate press releases, interviews and other PR activities
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
  8. Prepare regular reports with key metrics, insights and recommendations for improvement


C. Team Leadership:

  1. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company goals.
  2. Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and innovative work environment.
  3. Assign tasks, set goals and provide guidance to team members


D. Sales Support:

  1. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, working to align sales and marketing efforts.
  2. Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies, drive lead generation, conversion, and sales performance.


E. Budget Management:

  1. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing ROI
  2. Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  3. Track expenditures and provide financial reports to stakeholders


F. Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Engage with key internal stakeholders, such as senior management and project development teams, to align marketing efforts with project timelines and objectives
  2. Work closely with sales, product development and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  3. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed
  4. Develop and maintain relationship with media outlets, influencers and industry partners

 

G. The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar senior marketing role in the real estate or property development industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective branding and marketing strategies.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  7. Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  8. A passion for the real estate industry and an understanding of the dynamics within it.
