Property Sales Executive

Seafra Group is a company operating in the Hospitality and Property Business sector based in Batu-Malang City. We have a sister company; PT Archontas, PT Empat Nusa Sejahtera (DNS), and PT Artera. As our company group's business develops and advances, we open up opportunities and invite those who have talent to join as Property Sales Executives.

Job Description

1. Networking and building good relationships with potential customers
2. Offer and negotiate until there is a decision from the customer meet targets given by supervisor
3. Carrying out administrative activities; recording database data and coordinating with other departments related to Property Sales

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor degree Diploma 3, with 1 year experience, and senior high school, 2 years experience as Property Sales.
2. Age 20-35 years
3. Has a data base and is able to find new clients
4. Able to communicate & negotiate prices well
5. Able to do business & product presentations well
6. Professional looking and able to work independently or in a team
