Role and Responsibilities
- Make a quality plan (Quality Plan) for commercial production.
- Monitor the production process and evaluate the effectiveness of quality planning.
- Making trial planning and quality checking related to material replacement or machine modification and commissioning of new machines.
- Make a report on the achievement of the trial quality in point 2.
- Issue NCR for non-conformance or quality issues.
- Coordinate the completion of NCR with related departments
- Verify corrective and preventive plans agreed upon and approved in the NCR.
- Make a summary and ensure that all NCRs are followed up by the relevant departments and closed.
- Prepare data and track and analyze quality problems reported by customers.
Typical Accountabilities
- Propose process/material changes related to product quality improvement.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Strata 1) from a reputable university, in the field of Engineering, Applied Science.
- Fresh graduate or preferably have experience in Quality Control and Engineering
- Not color blind

- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, fluent in English and able to prepare written reports properly.
- Have the ability and spirit of leadership.
- Have the ability to apply statistics and problem solving.
- Able to identify hazards and potential hazards in the work area for which they are responsible.
- Have practical skills and interest in personal computers and Manufacturing knowledge.
