Qa Supervisor Assistant

Job Requirements:

1. Having knowledge how to make and control SOP and ISO 9001:2015 documents
2. Understanding QMS (Quality Management System)
3. Has good leadership and communication skills
4. Has Testing skills
5. Experienced in QA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Supporting the QA Supervisor in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
2. Assisting in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
3. Providing guidance and training to QA staff on quality control processes and procedures.
4. Collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
5. Assisting in the development of quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
6. Helping to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
7. Participating in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
8. Maintaining documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
9. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations on quality assurance activities.
