JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supporting the QA Supervisor in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
- Assisting in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Providing guidance and training to QA staff on quality control processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Assisting in the development of quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
- Helping to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
- Participating in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintaining documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations on quality assurance activities.
