Position: QHSE Manager

Job Description: PT.Mitra Selaksa Lumbung is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Manager to join our team. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in QHSE performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Lead the development and implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to identify potential risks, hazards, and areas for improvement in QHSE performance.
• Collaborate with departmental managers and employees to ensure effective implementation of QHSE initiatives and programs across all levels of the organization.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to QHSE personnel, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, trends, and incident reports to identify opportunities for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and obtain relevant certifications and accreditations.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on QHSE topics, including safety procedures, emergency response, environmental protection, and quality management.
• Stay current with industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies in QHSE management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISM Code.
• Proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE management systems and programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and developing corrective and preventive action plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for audits, inspections, and training activities.
