Job Description:

1. Review technical plans and prepare quantity needs.
2. Estimate the quantity and costs of materials (BOQ).
3. Analyse costs for additional “Change Order” needs and keep track of construction materials and inventory.
4. Collaborate with the project team and vendor to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
5. Conduct quality inspections to verify that materials and workmanship meet specified quality standards.
6. Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with regulations and technical requirements.
7. Review, analyze, and manage technical documents, including construction drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
8. Compile regular quality reports and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
9. Coordinate feasibility studies and arrange for necessary structural testing as required.
10. Participate in efforts to continuously improve quality management systems and construction processes

Applicants for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree of civil engineering with a minimum GPA 3.00.
2. 2 years of general construction QA or QS function experience, or related field, but fresh graduate can be cosidered.
3. Use applications/software to produce civil assesments and calculations, e.g. AutoCAD.
4. Expert in calculating progress work, step and compare it between plan and actual progress.
5. Experienced in material checking, inspection phase procedure would be desirable.
6. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
7. Coordination, negotiation, and monitoring of delivery dates.
