Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibility:

  1. Complaint Handling 
  2. Daily Showroom Monitoring
  3. Monitoring Voice of Customer (VOC) & NPS
  4. Maintain relationships with customers
  5. Handling & monitoring Mystery Shopper
     

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor Degree form Communication & Hospitality is more preferred
  2. Proficient in English (Writing & Speaking)
  3. Experience at Complaint Handling & Customer Handling
  4. Have a good communication skill, able to work under pressure & cheerful personality
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Willing to be placed at all BMW Tunas Branch (Jakarta & Bekasi)
  7. Able to joint ASAP
