- Complaint Handling
- Daily Showroom Monitoring
- Monitoring Voice of Customer (VOC) & NPS
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Handling & monitoring Mystery Shopper
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree form Communication & Hospitality is more preferred
- Proficient in English (Writing & Speaking)
- Experience at Complaint Handling & Customer Handling
- Have a good communication skill, able to work under pressure & cheerful personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed at all BMW Tunas Branch (Jakarta & Bekasi)
- Able to joint ASAP
