Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PT Nusantara Imperial Konstruksi located in Pekanbaru. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for planning,connecting and estimating projects within specific deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate and manage project schedules, ensure all project goals are achieved, and oversee project team members. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Pekanbaru but some work is required to be on the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks
• Understanding of project estimating methodologies
• Ability to effectively manage resources, time and budget
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Strong understanding in budgeting
