Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Qualifications :

1. Minimum S1 graduate of Civil Engineer
2. Minimum of 5 years experience working as Qs Engineer/ Cost estimator on DED or supervision projects in Engineering Consultant/ Infra Contractor ( industrial estate projects would be an advantage)
3. Proficient in operating software (Minimum AutoCAD)
4. Other software such as MS Project, BIM, Subicost, or Revit would be an advantage
5. Excellent written (to prepare design report/PPT in Indonesian & English) and verbal communication skills (presentation)
6. Fluent English required
7. Jakarta-based, but willing to occasionally site survey

Responsibilities :

1. Experienced in estimating costs for supervision, DED, and feasibility study works
2. Experienced in calculating material quantities and costs, labor costs, and an achievable project timeframe
3. Updates to regulations and any journals related to unit prices for civil, Mechanical/Electrical, and building architecture works
4. Capable of preparing engineering estimates, especially for DED of infrastructure & M/E works
5. Ready to be assigned on-site for supervision work (tentative) and capable of monitoring subcontractors, construction progress, and material needs, including any changes that may impact costs
