Uraian Tugas

Perform quality assurance testing and analytical procedures on raw materials. work in progress, finished products
Prepare media, assays, and reagents for quality testing
Collect samples for analysis from the brewery and distillery at various stages in the production process
Perform chemical and microbiological analysis of wort, yeast, beer, spirit, equipment and environment
Train and validate team on aseptic sampling procedure, sanitation practices, and at-line testing
Collect, maintain, compile, and present quality related data including departmental proficiency information
Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment and accurate data documentation including the QA database
Use, maintain, and calibrate analytical equipment and instrumentation
Maintain and organize archived beer and spirit retains
Assist in identifying critical control points and drive overall process control improvement
Work with all departments to ensure consistent, high-quality product and efficient release of packaged products
Communicate with management regarding quality assurance issues
Advocate and promote continuous quality and safety improvement
Develop and maintain a sensory program
Order lab supplies as needed
Attend meetings and functions as required
