We're on the lookout for a vibrant Receptionist to become a key part of our growing team here at Bam Bam Padel. 

As the face of our club, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide a warm welcome to our club
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage customer check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Share information about our club's services, amenities, and pricing to assist customers with their needs
- Assist customers with booking courts and lessons, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to enhance the overall customer experience
- Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- A love for sports and an active lifestyle
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficiency in the English language is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues and management
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed to support our busy schedule
