Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome visitors, ascertain their needs, and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Handle incoming calls professionally, take detailed messages, and ensure timely forwarding to the relevant staff.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors.
Oversee the receipt and dispatch of mail and packages.
Facilitate scheduling and appointment management.
Undertake routine office tasks including photocopying, filing, and replenishing office supplies.
Manage daily office administrative tasks and conduct occasional errands as needed
Coordinate with external vendors for necessary office maintenance and repairs.
Prepare meeting rooms with the required equipment and materials.
Qualifications:
Min. D3 or S1
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Familiarity with basic computer applications, including emails and microsoft office software.
Strong communication skills and an amiable disposition.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated professionalism and a proactive mindset.
