Recruiting Senior Analyst

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. With at least 3-5 years relevant work experience in recruitment (Sourcing/Candidate Management)
2. At least 2 years’ experience in IT Recruitment
3. Supervisory experience is not required
4. Knowledge in Excel is desired
5. Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
6. Ready to join 6 May 2024.
7. Willing to sign 6-months contract (Potential extension subject to performance evaluation)
8. Ready to work onsite at Client office at Semarang City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure process compliance and alignment across all processes
2. Subject Matter Expert (SME) of processes
3. Responsible in ensuring completion, distribution of leads to the available resources
4. Determine and ensure resolution of any processing and quality challenges and gaps
5. Act as a liaison between candidates and other teams
