Job Description
- Identifying Project’s needs, to create technical plan on searching the Candidates and fulfill as the project needs.
- Selection data administration of applicants and interviewing them to ensure that candidates are accepted according to company requirements.
- Do the induction to all accepted applicants, to explain the culture of the Company.
- Deploy all employees to projects and do the mutation for employees from area “A” to area “B”.
- Reporting weekly and monthly activities to the Recruitment Manager, giving the latest update according to the achievement and also obstacles if any.
Qualification
- S1/ Bachelor, D3 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Possess recruitment and selection knowledge, mass recruitment, especially related to talent/workforce analysis and planning, competencies analysis and development selection processes.
- Possess basic knowledge of Selection and Interviewing process.
- Possess a basic knowledge of psychology.
- Possess a strong understanding of the industry talent acquisition trends, outlook, challenges, regulation, and law in Indonesia.
- Possess a strong communication skill to be able to perform regular communication regarding to attract the candidate as company's need.
- Possess a strong interpersonal skill to be able to interact with multiple and different stakeholders.
