Responsibilities:
1. Develop recruitment strategy for man power request fulfilment.
2. Mapping talent Assessing talent for promotion program Create development program for selected talent.
3. Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
4. Implement new sourcing methods.
5. Research and choose job advertising options.
6. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
7. Participate in job fairs and career events.
8. Conduct assessment process for all level of the company.
9. Provide individual assessment reports.
Requirements:
1. Education min. S2 Professional Psychology.
2. Certified as Assessment Center Assessor or Psychologist (please attach your Assessor Certificate or SIPP when applying).
2. Well organized and good clerical ability.
3. Excellent Communication and coordination needed.
4. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Experienced in conducting competency-based interviews, psychological and assessment test report analysis.
6. Willing to be place at Head Office - Depok, Jawa Barat.
