Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- According to the company's personnel needs, according to the recruitment time, formulate and implement the recruitment plan.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure that recruitment channels can effectively meet the company's employment needs.
- Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, propose optimization and improvement plans, and complete the recruitment data analysis.
- Build and maintain relationship with partnerships (Third party companies, universities, headhunter, etc)
- Updated reporting related to the ongoing recruitment process.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably Psychology or Engineering.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably on head hunter company.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing & recruitment process, sourcing tools and techniques.
- Good communications skills in English is to be advantage
- Responsive, detail oriented, having good attitude and communication skills
- Can enjoy and has high working motivation in retail environment
- Willing to mobile based on company needs and able to work well under pressure situation
- Proficient in using Ms. Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
