Regional Technical Service Manager - Turbomachineries

• The role entails supervising the day-to-day operations of workshops in APAC Regions (Travel Heavy), with a focus on ensuring work is conducted safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Responsibilities include managing repair operations to surpass performance objectives, such as cost control, resource utilization, and revenue forecasting.
• Developing and implementing repair policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to company and industry regulations.
• Hiring, training, and supervising repair shop personnel while providing coaching and feedback to support their professional growth.
• Establishing relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to promote services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other departments to align with overall organizational goals and strategies.
• Analyzing repair shop data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions for continuous enhancement.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, fostering a safety culture, and managing repair operation budgets in the region.

• The successful applicant should hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or a related field and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations, After Sales Services within the Turbo-machinery Industry.
• International exposure of at least 3 years is required/ Managing Country Size Workshops.
• Demonstrable expertise in the Turbo-machinery aftermarket business is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of turbo-machinery repair processes and procedures is crucial.
• Effective leadership skills, including the ability to manage diverse teams, are necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both in conveying technical information and interacting with customers, are highly valued. Previous experience in regional or global operations management roles is preferred.
