Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Mapping the current regulation in Indonesian government (center and local, including ASEAN countries)
2. To get the information of the government policy, plan and the draft of regulation through communication with government agency/officers and association.
3. Develop policy positions and corresponding advocacy materials (presentation material summary, agreement, MoU, position papers, letters, testimony, talking points, etc)
4. Provide updates and communicate regularly with Team Leader or Government Affairs, company issue experts, and senior level management on strategy, issues, and policy development in Corporate Affairs Team and related Hyundai team.
5. Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with central and local lawmakers.
6. Testify as necessary before legislative committees and administrative agencies regarding Hyundai policy positions and perspective.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Law
2. Min 5 years of experience in similar position with Legal background
3. Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities with strength in identifying opportunities and threats.
4. Excellence in legal & compliance education & experiences.
5. Advance skill in Power Point and English language.
