Reliability Engineer

Profile Summary 

Appointed as Reliability Engineer, you will implement to providing technical support in the field of electrical, instrumentation and automation controls of the equipment including mechanical, assisting in investigations, finding solution of problems and in the tracker implementation of electrical, instrumentation and automation controls including mechanical to ensure zero machine downtime and uninterrupted plant operations. Including involvement in new projects and supports the digitalization initiatives undertaken by the Maintenance team.

Resposibilities:

1. Carry out Root Cause Analysis and delivery necessary Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA).
2. Develops, executes, and improve preventive maintenance regime with Predictive Maintenance / PM Technologies (Infrared, Ultrasound, Vibration, Laser Shaft Alignment, Machinery Lubrication) together with Assistant Reliability Manager.
3. Responsible for maintenance and support of electrical, instrumentation and automation controls including Programmable logic control / Instrumentation troubleshooting and mechanical as well for long term action.
4. Responsible for a PLC new program and re programming collaborate with maintenance team.
5. Responsible to performs Preventive maintenance in Electrical, including system backup, disaster recovery, and obsolescence activities.
6. Ensures timely resolution of identified automation issues and unplanned events identified in the daily walk-through.
7. As supporting of Reckitt Production System (RPS) implementation in maintenance department together with Assistant Reliability Manager.
8. Analysis, create action plan and monitoring the pareto data losses collaborate with Operation and Continues Improvement team related High breakdown and repeated Minor Stop.
9. Validation and Analyze data with actual condition from operator / supervisor production note about conformity input OEE Tracker performance.
10. Analyze Job Order (JO) abnormality, historical machine including Breakdown.
11. Doing analyze spare part lifetime and action plan including identification of potential improvement to extend spare part lifetime
12. Give any inputs for machineries and equipment standards related with electrical, instrumentation and automation controls to maintenance team and stakeholder.
13. Create protocol document related validation IQ/OQ for any changes refer to change control procedure collaborate with supervisor maintenance.
14. Review Capex maintenance related OEE Improvement together with Maintenance Manager.
15. Take a part of any new projects and ensure all comply before hand over related with PM, Spare part, URS, and machine performance include documentation like manual book / report.

Qualifiactions:

1. Minimum holds D3 degree in Electrical Engineering. 
2. Having 2 years of experience in the relevant position automation/Instrumentation /Electrical Engineering.
3. Ability to perform troubleshooting and work on difference types of PLC 
   programming language.
4. Demonstrate experience of maintaining mixing, filling, and packing machines.
5. Demonstrate in robot programming - 4,5,6 axis robots, robot teaching and 
   troubleshooting of robot, PLC, and machine.
6. Demonstrate experience with Predictive Maintenance / PM Technologies 
   (Infrared, Ultrasound, Vibration, Laser Shaft Alignment, Machinery 
   Lubrication).
7. Must possess problem solving skills and have knowledge of root cause 
   analysis, cause and effect analysis and failure mode and effect analysis
8. Knowledge of computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP Plant Maintenance)
9. Demonstrate a suitable approach to technical training
10. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet or exceed deadlines. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
