The Seven Holiday is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservations Specialist to join our team at a leading DMC travel agency based in Bali. This is a hybrid role that combines reservations with client personal assistant duties. The ideal candidate will have a background in reservations systems and exceptional organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with reservation systems is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
- Must have own computer for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with booking inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Serve as a Client Personal Assistant (PA), ensuring clients' needs are met throughout their journey.
- Confidently communicate with vendors and hotels to facilitate bookings and resolve any issues that may arise.
