Restaurant Manager (All-Day-Dining)
The Restaurant Manager behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset, manages the team, including developing them to move to the next step as a Leader, ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers, and support the point of sales to attain profitable results.
Hotel Overview:
Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square meter ballroom.

What you will be doing:
- Customer relations, ensuring the guests are well looked after, offering attentive service to guests and fostering customer loyalty
- Promotes F&B offers
- Organizes the work of the team
- Ensures the point of sales is prepared to a high standard
- Takes the global level of activity into account when managing the flow of guests, placement at tables & reservations
- To check & evaluate the quality and speed of waiter service
- Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition
- Ensures his/her team members are well presented through clothing, personal hygiene, etc
- Takes part in inventories and manages stocks under his/her responsibilities
- Is attentive to guests' requests and meets them
- Increases revenue for the point of sale though additional sales techniques
- Helps increase guest loyalty through quality of service
- Ensures the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor Degree in hospitality or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
