Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans and programs for student retention, advising and student Guidance and formation.
- Provide counseling services to students.
- Conduct educational and vocational formation activities
- Select, develop and evaluate counselling instruments.
- Facilitate and organize activities and programs for scholars.
- Create programs that will make student stay in school. This may include coordination with different government offices, organizations and other individuals who may help
- Evaluate effectiveness of retention programs and implement appropriate interventions for improvement
- Submit regular reports on program accomplishments and activity evaluation.
- Perform other inherent duties as may be assigned by the CSDL Director or COO
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counselling and other allied fields.
- At least 1 year experience in Guidance and counselling and/or handling and managing student formation programs.
- Has good speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to communicate thoughts or ideas in an authoritative yet respectful and professional manner.
- Has the capacity to maintain harmonious relationships with higher officials and peers.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs ( word, excel, powerpoint), use of internet and email.
